Real Estate Recipe Postcards - Do They Work?

I know many of the readers of this blog are interested in real estate postcards. So I thought I'd link to a post on my other blog. It's about real estate recipe postcards, as compared to other (stronger) forms of real estate postcard marketing.

The gist of this blog post is simple. A real estate recipe postcard might -- might -- give somebody a reason to keep the postcard. If they like the recipe, that is. But it doesn't give them much of a reason to contact the sender of the postcard.

Think about the logic for a minute here. You are basically saying, "Here's a recipe for a tasty dish. Call me if you have any real estate needs." Say what?
