Real Estate Recipe Postcards - Do They Work?

I know many of the readers of this blog are interested in real estate postcards. So I thought I'd link to a post on my other blog. It's about real estate recipe postcards, as compared to other (stronger) forms of real estate postcard marketing.

The gist of this blog post is simple. A real estate recipe postcard might -- might -- give somebody a reason to keep the postcard. If they like the recipe, that is. But it doesn't give them much of a reason to contact the sender of the postcard.

Think about the logic for a minute here. You are basically saying, "Here's a recipe for a tasty dish. Call me if you have any real estate needs." Say what?

Good luck and good marketing!

New Article on Real Estate Postcards

I've just posted a new article on real estate postcard marketing.

Specifically, this article talks about the potential power behind a marketing strategy that combines real estate postcards with a well-thought-out website.

Real estate agents -- Are postcards part of your real estate marketing program? Do you own a website? If so, you have the two main ingredients for a successful (and repeatable) lead-generation program. This article will help you get started.

New Article on Real Estate Postcards

I just posted a new article on real estate postcard marketing that answers the question: "When should I mail?"

This article comes from a postcard marketing survey I sent to over 3,000 real estate agents. From the responses, I compiled a list of the most commonly asked questions pertaining to real estate postcards.

This is one of those questions
.

Enjoy!
